Audit Utopia™ features an Electronic Runner which replaces the traditional role of a “runner”, the individual who leaves the Audit Room to relay requests to the Documentation Support Room.

Electronic Request Organization
Audit requests are organized by chronological order, numerical order, auditor, presenter and request status. Some of the higlights of the Electronic Request Organization feature of Audit Utopia™ include:
- Each request is identified by Auditor, avoiding confusion and streamlining the data presentation.
- Each request is assigned a "Presenter", who is the subject area expert.
- Each request is identified as “Open” or “Closed”, can be marked as a Post-Audit Issue, and Audit Utopia™ notes if copies were made for the inspector.
